What a title for a blog post. "Be a master of your own emotions". Think about that. Are you a master of your own emotions. Are you happy every day? Sad every day? Always ready to take on the world? Of course you aren't. We all have moods. Me included.
So why would I post such a headline?
Because I think it should be something we should all strive for. Imagine being a master of your emotions. Imagine being able to function at the same level even on bad days.
There is a great quote that illustrates a perfect example of mastering your emotions
